In 2020 Smart Logistics SA celebrated its 12th anniversary. Despite the company started in 2008, some colleagues have been working together since years before. Now we are 35 people and rotation rate is very low.

The Company’s management believes that productiveness is a direct function of freedom at work, thus some of our values are friendship, tolerance, creativity, and mainly, respect.

We have an open door policy – every employee is welcome for a dialogue. We aim for transparency in regards to employees relations and remuneration.

We conduct an annual assessment of training needs and in addition everyone can request to attend a seminar, or an event of importance to their duties. We organize annual team buildings, Christmas parties and anniversaries’ celebrations.
